All orders must be prepaid prior to manufacture unless specifically agreed beforehand. We can accept card payments by telephone or cheques (made payable to JB Rosettes). Orders paid for by cheque will not commence until fully cleared. No VAT is applied.
A charge of £5.00 will be levied to cover our bank charges should a customers cheque be returned to us unpaid.
No responsibility for errors relating to telephone orders will be accepted unless the order is confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of the manufacture of the order.
The customer is responsible for and will be charged all costs, charges and expenses incurred in collecting or attempting to collect any indebtedness of the customer to JB Rosettes.
All overseas orders must be paid in Pounds Sterling by Bankers Draft and all costs are the customers responsibility.
For shipments overseas JB Rosettes cannot be held responsible for any delays and charges that may occur during Customs clearance.
All prices are exclusive of Postage and Packaging which will be charged. We reserve the right to determine the most suitable method of despatch.
All orders are dispatched within the timescale allowed for your order to arrive by the date requested. JB Rosettes cannot be held responsible for postal/carrier delays of any kind.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
No responsibility for shortages, errors or damages will be accepted unless they are reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse an order or part of.
All measurements are approximate and descriptions are for guidance only. In certain circumstances we reserve the right to substitute materials/shades although we will do our utmost to match suitably.
All printing blocks, including those for which a contribution to the cost is charged, remain the property of JB Rosettes.
It will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any motifs and artwork specified do not infringe copyright
JB Rosettes reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notification.
We have a minimum order charge of £20 before postage. VAT will not apply on any orders.
Any amendments to an order once work has started will be deemed as a new order.
You are welcome to arrange collection of your order from us - please notify us at time of order.
