Custom Rosette Ideas

 

This rosette was made to a customer’s specification which required  using cherry, cream, pale blue, navy blue and gold colours.  The outer tier is made from 38mm ribbon.  Laid on top of that are large petals with large gold points with pale blue ‘tulip’ style points in between.  There are then a further 3 tiers (one of gold lame) then a ‘frou frou’ centre.  The show name and sponsor is printed on the long, flat tails.

Inventing your own design….

The following rosettes were made for a famous dog club’s 75th anniversary show and so had to be spectacular.  The colours had to be royal blue, gold and silver lame.  The levels of rosettes became more ornate the higher the accolade and only the very best ribbons were used.

 

This rosette is built up from the earlier example by keeping the tiers of the rosette the same but adding an outside tier of 38mm pleating with the petals now being ‘double’.

This rosette was used as Best In Show.  It keeps the theme of the three central tiers of pleating, and grows from the earlier rosette with double petals, but adds gold and silver lame ‘points’.

This rosette is made with gold and silver lame large petals in a ‘carousel’ design.  Then followed a silver lame tier, a royal blue tier, then a gold lame inner tier with a gold centre.

This customer sponsored a championship at their local show.  They used their team colours of red and gold as a basis for their design and left the rest to us. 

 

The remit was for total glitz as they wanted the winners to have a massive WOW factor when they were presented. 

 

The rosette (one of a pair) has velvet and gold petals with gold points and extra long silver and gold tails.  The sashes were made to match with gold ’swirly’ printing and being lined with felt.
